Oracle CDM​/Sales Cloud Developer

CoCREATE Solutions is partnering with a valued client to hire an Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) / Sales Cloud Developer.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Developer with strong Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) expertise to support the development of modern Oracle CX applications.

This role requires a developer who can design and deliver high-performance, user-centric solutions within Oracle Sales Cloud and CDM, while modernizing interfaces using the Oracle Redwood architecture.

• Develop and customize solutions within Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle CDM
• Configure CRM modules including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Forecasting
• Build Groovy scripts, Application Composer extensions, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Develop BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
• Lead data migration and transformation using FBDI and Oracle-native tools
• Design and modernize user interfaces using Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in Oracle CX Cloud (Sales Cloud / CDM)
• Strong expertise in Groovy scripting, Application Composer, and Oracle CDM data management
• Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle Redwood architecture and Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Knowledge of CRM processes such as Lead‑to‑Opportunity, Territory Management, and Sales Forecasting
• Oracle certifications in Sales Cloud, CDM, or Visual Builder are a plus
