- Ability to work independently within structured systems
- Experience in technology‑enabled businesses
- Background in compliance‑heavy or operationally complex environments
- Prepare consistent, structured reporting for leadership
- Maintain dashboards and tracking systems
- Monitor KPIs and identify deviations from plan
- Develop and maintain SOPs for recurring initiatives
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend structured improvements
- Ensure programs meet regulatory, contractual, or internal compliance requirements
- Conduct audits of program execution to maintain quality standards
- Document decisions, action items, and accountability
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders without requiring heavy persuasion or influence
- Build structured project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and timelines
- Maintain program documentation and ensure version control
- Track progress against deliverables and elevate risks appropriately
- Ensure all initiatives follow defined operational standards
