You will be responsible for building and optimizing our email marketing infrastructure.

This includes:

• Writing high-converting email campaigns
• Building automated nurture sequences from scratch
• Creating promotional and launch flows
• Structuring re-engagement automations
• Developing segmentation logic based on behavior
• Designing and implementing full email journeys
• Managing campaign calendars
• Setting up A/B tests and optimization workflows
• Owns continuous optimization of email performance using structured testing and measurable engagement metrics

You will not be handling operational reminder emails or administrative CRM tasks. This role is focused on growth and performance.

• Improved conversion from lead to application to sale
• Strong engagement across lifecycle campaigns
• Structured, scalable automation flows
• Consistent testing and optimization process
• Alignment with paid traffic messaging
• Clear reporting on email performance impact

• 2+ years experience building email automations (Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Go High Level , or similar)
• Strong direct-response copywriting ability
• Understanding of tagging, segmentation, and behavioral triggers
• Comfortable building and implementing flows independently
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance
• Experience in online education, coaching, or info products preferred

• 8am - 5pm
• $68,000 plus monthly performance based bonus
