Business Systems Analyst / Functional Architect (FIS Integrity)

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Functional Architect with deep functional expertise in the FIS Integrity platform to support enterprise treasury systems. This role requires a strong client-facing professional who can quickly contribute functional knowledge, translate business needs into system solutions, and support ongoing enhancements within a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience with FIS Integrity and a strong understanding of treasury operations and financial messaging standards.
Key Responsibilities Functional & System Expertise- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for the FIS Integrity platform
- Provide functional support and guidance for treasury system operations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications
- Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate system configuration and implementation
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Develop detailed functional design documents
- Create process flow diagrams and system documentation
- Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts
- Coordinate and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate system functionality against business requirements
- Act as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and external partners
- Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional collaboration across global teams
- Extensive hands-on experience with FIS Integrity (mandatory)
- Strong functional understanding of treasury systems
- Experience working with financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in client-facing or partner-facing environments
