Associate Data & Automation Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Associate Data & Automation Engineer to design, deploy, and coordinate intelligent automation and analytics initiatives across the business.

This is an on-site role requiring both technical build capability and project coordination ownership. This is not a purely technical individual contributor position — candidates must have experience coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and driving execution across stakeholders.

• Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx, or similar tools
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, JSON, and data connectors
• Leverage Azure services, Microsoft Copilot, and OpenAI APIs to improve operational efficiency
• Use Python or Power Shell for scripting and automation tasks
• Coordinate multiple automation and data initiatives simultaneously
• Manage timelines, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and properly documented

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, automation, or technical consulting
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading data/automation projects
• Hands‑on experience with automation platforms (Alteryx, Power Automate, UiPath etc.)
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Experience with Power BI and Azure‑based services
• Basic scripting experience in Python or Power Shell
• Strong communication, organization, and ownership mindset
