Senior CRM Manager

I’m very excited to be exclusively representing one of the most reputable law firms in the world on their search to add a Sr. CRM Manager, covering Microsoft Dynamics to their growing team.

In this role, the preferred candidate will lead the development and execution of analytics strategies with the goal of driving firm-wide insights. You’ll work with Senior leaders within the firm to establish best practices for various tools and mechanisms, while meeting the highest standard of data quality and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, clear communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, and proven leadership experience.

I’d be interested in speaking with candidates who have previous CRM experience, specifically within Microsoft Dynamics, preferably within a Professional Services setting. Beyond that, previous experience managing and leading CRM teams, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Design and execute analytics strategies that support business growth, client segmentation, and proactive intelligence.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in business development, marketing, and corporate teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Champion data governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external standards.

I feel the salary banding is highly competitive in the market, however, if you’re looking for something above this range, I’m open to discussing that further.
