Job Title: D365 Retail and Commerce Specialist , Up to 150K, On-site – NY City
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled D365 Retail and Commerce Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise applications. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and user adoption. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, configure, and customize D365 solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead the implementation of D365 applications, including data migration and system integration.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users for successful system adoption.
- Document system configurations, business processes, and user manuals.
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance, recommending enhancements where needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in:
- Retail and commerce
- MPOS
- Pricing (trade agreements and retail pricing)
- Product management
- Inventory management
- Sales and marketing
- IVS (a plus)
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with D365 functionalities.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification and Dev Ops knowledge are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
