This is an on-site, full-time Co-Founder role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of the organization, managing business operations, spearheading sales and marketing strategies, and fostering innovative approaches to addressing client needs. Additional responsibilities include conceptualizing solutions, attracting investors, overseeing client engagements, and collaborating with the team to refine Datarynx’s offerings in alignment with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and strategies to different stakeholders.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to design and implement growth-oriented strategies.
• Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset to co-create the vision and direction of the company.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business partners.
• Experience in the IT consulting or technology innovation space is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering).
