YourRole And Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis C2M system.
- Design and configuration of the C2M Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the C2M system.
- Gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired C2M functionality.
- Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design, billing configurations and customer account management.
- Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
