We are looking for a Maximo Application Consultant to manage, customize, and optimize the configuration of the IBM Maximo asset‑management system for our clients. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation.

• Configure and customize IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite 9.0+.
• Work with Agile development teams to deliver solution enhancements.
• Support Maximo in cloud architectures and integrate with external systems using MIF, FAB, and BIRT.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain system documentation and best‑practice guidelines.
• Assist in obtaining and managing Security clearances, including Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship requirements.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Functional resource of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software.
• 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.x application configuration and support (including MIF, FAB, Workflow Designer, Java, and BIRT).
• 2+ years of experience working on an Agile development team.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Maximo in cloud environments.
• Eligibility for Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Preferable:
  Experience with Maximo Application Suite 9.0+ deployment and support.
• Preferable:
  Experience with federal government contract work, preferably DOJ agencies.
• Preferable:
  Certified Maximo Deployment Professional.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
