We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with a focus on ARCS, FCCS, and TRCS
. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, manage integrations, maintain security protocols, and collaborate with business and IT teams to support critical financial and tax processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications (ARCS, FCCS, TRCS)
- Oversee user provisioning, role assignments, and security across the EPM ecosystem
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability
- Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and support business processes
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems using Data Management, Pipeline, and EPM Integration Agent
- Execute system updates, patches, and upgrades following Oracle release schedules
- Document configuration changes, operational processes, and provide end-user training as needed
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and internal controls frameworks
- Support EPM projects and strategic enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications (ARCS, FCCS, TRCS, IDCS)
- Strong knowledge of EPM automation, scripting, and diagnostic techniques
- Experience managing user provisioning, security, and workflows within Oracle EPM
- Experience with integrations between Oracle EPM and enterprise systems (ERP, General Ledger, etc.)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
