Technical Product Manager

• 4+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a software or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, particularly in matrixed or global organizations.
• Experience negotiating release scope and aligning cross-functional teams around delivery constraints.
• Proven ability to manage long-lived epics and ambiguous, high-level initiatives.
• AWS platform experience (Lambda, S3, Dynamo
  
  DB, RDS, Kinesis or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and SaaS delivery models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and diagramming tools (Lucidchart / Visio).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze product and operational data.
• Detail-oriented with strong process discipline and focus on continuous delivery
