Director – Delivery; Banking & Financial Services

Role Overview

The Director - Delivery (BFSI) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving large‑scale Data, AI, and Digital Transformation programs across Banking and Financial Services clients. This role blends strategic advisory capability with execution excellence, ensuring successful portfolio delivery while strengthening Anblicks’ industry presence. The Director will own multi‑client portfolios, partner with CxOs and senior stakeholders, scale global delivery teams, and contribute to solution shaping, domain assets, and growth initiatives.

• Lead large‑scale Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and Application Modernization programs across BFSI clients.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery portfolios spanning data platforms, regulatory reporting, integrations, enterprise applications, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client executives shaping technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy and regulatory priorities.
• Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure measurable business outcomes and value realization.
• Govern and scale global multi‑shore delivery teams (onsite/offshore/nearshore), ensuring operational rigor, risk mitigation, financial discipline, and high client satisfaction.
• Drive portfolio governance including financial oversight (P&L), risk management, stakeholder reporting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre‑Sales in deal shaping, solution design, RFP responses, and proposal development.
• Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise solutions across data, AI, applications, and integrations.
• Develop and institutionalize domain accelerators, playbooks, and reusable assets to strengthen Anblicks’ BFSI positioning.
• Mentor and grow delivery leaders, POD leads, and architects to build a strong consulting force.

• 15+ years of experience in IT services/consulting, with deep expertise in Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI‑led transformations.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar programs and multi‑client portfolios.
• Strong hands‑on background in enterprise solution architecture, integration patterns, and modern delivery models.
• Experience managing P&L, delivery margins, and commercial accountability.
• Demonstrated success leading global, cross‑functional teams across distributed delivery models.
• Strong consulting orientation with experience in deal shaping, executive presentations, and CxO‑level engagement.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution discipline.
