Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager who will own day-to-day execution, build and manage detailed project schedules, and work directly with engineering and technical teams to drive on-time delivery. This is not a program governance role. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on scheduler and execution leader who understands task dependencies, critical path, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or equivalent
  • Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) at task level
  • Define and manage task dependencies, milestones, and critical path
  • Perform resource loading and capacity planning
  • Track baseline vs actual progress and manage schedule variance
Execution Management
  • Work directly with engineers, architects, and SMEs to define tasks and estimates
  • Run daily execution tracking, not just status reporting
  • Identify and remove blockers and delivery risks
  • Drive issue resolution and dependency management
Monitoring & Control
  • Track schedule performance (SPI/CPI or equivalent)
  • Maintain risk, issue, and change logs
  • Provide data-driven status updates (not high-level dashboards only)
  • Proactively manage scope, budget, and timeline impacts
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Facilitate working sessions with technical teams to validate plans
  • Communicate execution-level updates to leadership
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies at task level
Required Skills
  • 8+ years as a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager
  • Proven experience building and managing detailed project schedules
  • Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM)
  • Hands‑on experience with MS Project (or similar scheduling tool)
  • Experience creating WBS, task dependencies, and resource‑loaded plans
  • Direct experience working with engineering teams on delivery execution
  • Strong risk, issue, and change management at project level
  • Experience tracking schedule variance and baseline vs actuals
  • Technical Environment (at least some of the following)
  • SDLC in Agile or Hybrid environments
  • Jira for execution tracking (not just reporting)
