What you’ll do:We are seeking a Principal Salesforce & Mule Soft Integration Solution Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems using Mule Soft. This role owns integration design decisions and ensures integrations are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate brings deep Mule Soft expertise and strong experience integrating Salesforce in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement end‑to‑end Salesforce integrations using Mule Soft.
- Apply and promote API‑led connectivity and standard integration patterns.
- Lead troubleshooting and optimization of integration reliability and performance.
- Partner with Salesforce, security, and downstream system teams.
- Define integration standards, reference implementations, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Mule Soft solution‑engineering experience.
- Mule Soft Certified Developer (MCD) — required.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of integration resiliency, error handling, and patterns.
- Mule Soft Integration Architect (MIA) — preferred.
- Experience with secure integration patterns and compliance requirements.
- Telecommunications experience (OSS/BSS, provisioning, service operations) preferred.
Designs systems and platforms for very large complex projects for strategic clients that have multiple system interdependencies. Must have a strong understanding of computer hardware, OS, network, and software architecture.
Education / ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
