AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a hands-on AI Solution Architect who will lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions while also driving end-to-end project execution. This role blends deep technical architecture (60%) with structured project leadership (40%), ensuring scalable, secure, production-ready AI systems are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.

The ideal candidate can architect LLM/RAG and multi-agent systems while also owning scoping, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and project tracking.

• Define reference architectures for LLM, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging structured and unstructured data.
• Develop Action Agents for workflow automation and enterprise integration.
• Integrate heterogeneous data sources securely with strong governance and auditability.
• Build production-ready AI systems with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), observability, rollback strategies, and SLO adherence.
• Create detailed solution design documents and lead proof-of-concept (POC) validation.
• Apply best practices and avoid architectural anti-patterns in AI and data engineering.
• Lead deployments across dev, test, staging, and production environments.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural oversight.
• Lead project scoping, requirements analysis, and technical discovery sessions.
• Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings and executive updates.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track progress, manage risks/issues, and provide structured status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data, security, business).
• Support resource selection and resource loading based on skill alignment.
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance, compliance, and enterprise standards.

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• 3+ years designing and delivering AI/LLM systems.
• Strong experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Solid understanding of Security & governance controls, CI/CD pipelines & Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Observability (metrics, logs, tracing).
• Proven experience leading technical projects with stakeholder engagement and reporting responsibilities.
