Job Title:
Service Now Architect (Discovery, SPM/ITBM).
- Develop, customize, and maintain Service Now Discovery patterns.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Discovery processes and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and update discovery configurations.
- Apply regular expressions (Reg Ex) for pattern customization and optimization.
- Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection.
- Ensure alignment with Service Now best practices and enterprise standards.
- Hands-on Service Now Discovery Pattern Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in Regular Expressions (Reg Ex).
- Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
