Guidewire Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Guidewire Developer for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Guidewire Billing Center and Policy Center while developing complex configurations and supporting end-to-end implementation workflows.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $ 56 /hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Guidewire Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop, configure, and enhance Guidewire Billing Center and Policy Center modules to support core insurance processes and business requirements.
• Implement integrations between Guidewire applications and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational accuracy.
• Customize business rules, UI components, and product models within Guidewire to align with functional specifications and regulatory needs.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes across Billing Center, Policy Center, and related components.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies to support end-to-end delivery of Guidewire solutions.
• Collaborate with QA, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases and smooth deployment across environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6-8 years specifically in Guidewire development.
• Strong client-required hands-on expertise in Guidewire Billing Center and Policy Center.
• Proven experience working with Guidewire OLOS and delivering custom configurations, integrations, and enhancements.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
