Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, driving data-driven decisions for our automotive and fleet management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models using DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualizations to support executive reporting and operational analytics.
• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources including SQL databases, Azure services, APIs, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, ensuring data quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-such as data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders-to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and integrate BI solutions with existing systems.
• Optimize Power BI performance through query tuning, data modeling best practices, and row-level security implementation; conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Stay current with Power BI updates, AI-enhanced features (e.g., Copilot integration), and emerging trends to innovate reporting for AI/ML-driven products like fleet analytics.

Domain Knowledge

Automotive Repair domain - preferred

Soft Skills

Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder communication, problem-solving; ability to mentor junior developers

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
