Technical Project Manager Data Management

Technical Project Manager Data Management Contract Length: 6-12 months
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager to join one of our leading energy clients. This role will focus on driving strategic Data Management projects, optimizing efficiencies across various departments, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leadership to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects
• 4+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies, including hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of SQL is a plus
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio preferred
• Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Outstanding communication, meeting facilitation, and executive presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset to drive projects forward and remove obstacles

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic Data Management projects to enhance operational efficiencies within Technology, Measurement, and Customer Engagement teams
• Identify, document, mitigate, and escalate project issues and risks to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate daily scrums, status meetings, and discussions with external vendors, project teams, and leadership to remove roadblocks and address changes in scope, schedule, or budget
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and ensure milestones and deliverables are met
• Work closely with the Data Management Line Lead to align on project timelines, resource needs, and deliverables
• Communicate and document project status, timelines, and any changes to leadership, including executive-level presentations
• Collaborate with Data Management Architects and project members to ensure sustainable, best-practice technical solutions
