As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations.

The IT Specialist provides enterprise-level technical support, focusing on daily warehouse operations. This dynamic role involves troubleshooting system issues, assisting with technical configurations, improving workflows, and supporting process documentation and training. The position requires collaboration with technical teams and management to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.

• Set up and maintain devices such as PCs, printers, RF terminals and workstations, while performing routine server maintenance.
• Resolve problems in response to customer/system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
• Handle complex tasks escalated from support engineers.
• Prepare error diagnostics and detailed problem descriptions for escalation.
• Collaborate with IT departments on development activities and technical improvement projects.
• Support IT departments with system testing.
• Mentor support systems (RF, WMS jobs, workflows).
• Support operational workflow by assisting team members and troubleshooting issues.
• Analyze and redesign workflows to improve service quality.
• Establish and communicate service metrics; monitor and implement changes.
• Participate in new technical improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in the logistics sector.
• A problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work off-hours and weekends, depending on the urgency or issue.
