Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their U.S. Sales Team — a role where Consultative Selling meets cutting-edge Digital Transformation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Consultative Sales:
    Understand client needs deeply and position Microsoft AI Business Solutions (including ERP, CRM, Data Platform & Azure).
  • Build Strategic Relationships:
    Engage with decision-makers across industries, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Generate Demand:
    Create and nurture a high-quality pipeline through insight-led conversations.
  • Collaborate Globally:
    Work with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of Business Development experience - preferably in Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and a hunger to excel.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (depends on experience level).+ Commission +Bonus / Accelerators
