Role: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Salt Lake City Utah, Dallas, TX, Durham, NC

Job Type: Full Time

• Observability Expertise:
  Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog and Splunk. Skilled in dashboard creation, alerting, synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring (RUM), APM tracing, and defining SLOs/SLIs/Error Budgets
• Automation & Programming:
  Strong ability to automate operational tasks using Python
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  Experience managing systems with Ansible and AWS Cloud Formation
• Cloud & Dev Ops Proficiency:
  Solid understanding of Cloud Computing concepts
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Branching strategies, Promotion and quality gates, Secrets management
• Kubernetes:
  Hands on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes.
