Position: Service Desk Technician II: Incident Triage & 24/7 Support
A leading transportation company in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Service Desk Support professional to manage incoming requests and provide technical support to end-users. The successful candidate will log incidents, track solutions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Experience in network troubleshooting and a proactive approach to IT support will be valued.
