Oracle Fusion Analyst (Financials Focus)
On-site (5 days/week expected; limited flexibility during onboarding)

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Oracle Fusion Product Specialist with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Financials to support and enhance an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role partners closely with Finance and Operations users, providing day-to-day application support, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle Fusion experience and a customer service–oriented approach when working with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Fusion Financials, with exposure to Procurement, SCM, and Project Management modules
- Troubleshoot production issues, manage support tickets, and work with Oracle Support as needed
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including resolving Financials-related issues
- Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with best practices
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Assist with subledger accounting rules, user roles, and reporting setups
- Deliver ad-hoc training and walkthroughs for business users
- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs
- Participate in system testing, patches, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
- Maintain functional documentation and process flows
- 2–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle Fusion Financials
- Experience with another Oracle ERP platform (EBS, People Soft, etc.) is acceptable
- Strong understanding of core financial processes including GL, AP, AR, project costing, and procurement
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integrations
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in an on-site, business-facing role
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications (Financials, Procurement, or PPM)
- Experience supporting project-based or construction-related organizations
