About the Role

The Practice Lead is responsible for delivering world-class data migration and integration solutions within and beyond the Salesforce platforms for customers. As a thought leader, you will stay abreast of industry trends and chart the path for us to deliver bleeding edge solutions. You will oversee one of Accelerize 360’s most critical service lines and work with various functions to bring our expertise to customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop growth roadmaps for our Data Migration & Integration service line and bring it to life in collaboration with marketing, partnerships, GTM, sales and consulting
  • Define learning curriculum and monitor the skill levels of the practice; be the custodian for our internal knowledge base
  • Develop a broad and deep network of subject matter experts; own hiring for key roles
  • Set standards and methodologies for delivery excellence
  • Serve as the go-to leader for any critical engagements including presales, advisory workshops, project sponsorship and escalations
  • Be accountable for resource allocation, utilization, performance management and hiring through various HR channels
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leading a team of data migration & integration solution experts, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship based, customer facing role as a technical lead or architect
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a consulting environment
  • Strong expertise in the broader data ecosystem, including data engineering and migration and an ability to guide customers on cutover planning and rollout strategy
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (potential for up to 20% travel)
  • Able to work US Eastern Standard Time Hours
