Strategic Business Solutions Analyst.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements to support project goals and help identify simple issues and possible solutions.
• Help track bugs, support testing, and create basic test cases; use SQL for simple data checks.
• Work with different teams to support smooth coordination between business needs and technical solutions.
• Help prepare user guides, training materials, and project documents; assist in sharing updates with stakeholders.
• Support business development by researching opportunities, helping with client communication, and assisting in proposal preparation.
• Assist with tracking sales leads and maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records; work with sales and marketing to match client needs with company offerings.
• Collect basic feedback from clients and the market to help improve products and guide team decision.

• Master’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Admin or related.
• Salary ranges between $ to $/year.
