Title:
Senior UI/UX Designer/ Architect (Need hands on candidate) Description of Services
As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities- User Research: Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Design Sprints: Lead and participate in design sprints to rapidly prototype and test new ideas.
- Wire framing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test usability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and user needs.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep products at the forefront of UX innovation.
We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for designing user-centric products.
Experience- 7+ years of design experience, preferably within a technical product or mobile application environment.
- Experience leading projects with limited oversight as an individual contributor.
- Mentoring designers and leading design meetings.
- Supporting other product teams as needed.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Strong collaboration with product owners, product teams, and UX designers using design thinking and research methodologies.
- Ability to help shape product vision across the organization.
- Thorough, practical understanding of product design and scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in component-driven design and prototyping tools such as:
- Figma
- Sketch
- Experience with Jira and Figma.
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
