The pay range for this role is $190,000- $225,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. The Senior Solution Architect leads architecture and design for large-scale telecommunications OSS, network orchestration, and automation platforms. This role requires deep expertise across multi-domain network technologies, orchestration frameworks, and OSS transformation. The architect will define end-to-end solutions, guide technology decisions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and operational objectives.

• Own end-to-end architecture for OSS domains including service provisioning, service assurance, inventory, orchestration, and automation.
• Develop high-level and detailed design artifacts covering components, data architecture, integration patterns, and interfaces.
• Create and enforce architecture standards, reusable frameworks, design patterns, and governance models.
• Ensure architecture alignment with network evolution strategies across mobile, fixed, IP/transport, SDN, and NFV.

• Architect multi-domain orchestration solutions (e.g., NFV MANO, SDN controllers, service orchestrators).
• Lead design for closed-loop automation, intent-based networking, and dynamic service provisioning.
• Integrate orchestration platforms with network controllers, OSS/BSS systems, and real-time operational systems.
• Develop strategies for migration from legacy OSS to modern cloud-native orchestration frameworks.

• Define and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with network transformation and digital operations initiatives.
• Conduct architecture assessments, gap analyses, and modernization blueprints.
• Evaluate emerging network technologies, standards, and vendor ecosystems for strategic fit.
