Job Title: Project Manager Data Center Infrastructure Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite, with occasional travel to Data Centers across Texas)

Duration: 24+ months

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of Data Center Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Data Center environment, including Data Center infrastructure building, budgeting, and resource planning. The role requires expertise in compliance with regulatory standards, risk management, and the use of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to drive the success of our projects

• Lead the planning and execution of Data Center infrastructure projects from conception through to completion
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that all deliverables are met within scope, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project goals and objectives are aligned
• Manage compliance and regulatory standards specific to Data Center environments, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks
• Utilize Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools to monitor and manage project progress and Data Center performance
• Produce and deliver regular project reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders
• Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all departments involved
• Maintain knowledge of the latest Data Center technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance project outcomes

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Data Center or Infrastructure industry
• Strong background in Data Center infrastructure, including design, build, and operational management
• Extensive experience with budgeting, resource planning, and financial oversight in the context of large-scale projects
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to Data Centers (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST)
• Proficiency in using Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools for project tracking and Data Center performance monitoring
• Strong risk management experience, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Occasional travel to various Data Center locations within Texas

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in managing multiple Data Center projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with IT Infrastructure, Network Systems, and Cloud technologies
