Eliassen Group is hiring for Technical / Software Agile Coaches to join a Software Dojo for a major airline.
Positions are available on a Consulting basis (W2 Employment or Corp-Corp) in support of Fortune a major airline that wants to teach technical staff how to develop software and products in a better way using Agile principles.
Positions are available interview, hire, and begin work in March 2026 or April 2026.
- Helping to create a technical / software Dojo environment ("technical accelerator" where technical excellence and best practices can be practiced and mastered)
- Biggest desire is for Tech Coach to up-skill the developers to include technical and cultural components
- This Coach would have the ability to coach through optimizing current architecture to support modernization efforts
- Experience with transitioning large monoliths/legacy environments into cloud/modern/digital technologies
- Knowledge of Jira would be great along how to handle the controls and compliance that's baked in.
- Shifting the mindset from "I'm just a pair of hands, tell me what to do" to ownership from the technical team member seat
- Seeking a Technical Agile Coach who has a programming background and experience (specific language not a priority)
- Code craftsmanship / being a software artisan with the desire to upskill other technical team members -- highly sought after
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $125 - $150/hour
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
