The Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, explaining technology, and helping people understand complex ideas in simple ways.
You will become an expertinthe Market Brew platform and spend much of your time working directly with customers and prospective customers — running demos, answering questions, and helping teams understand how to use our technology successfully.
You do not need to be a developer.
You do need to be curious, personable, and comfortable learning technical concepts well enough to explain them to others in a practical, business-focused way.

What You’llDo
- Help onboard and educate new clients
- Work directly with customers to help them understand SEO modeling, AEO strategy, and emerging AI-driven search dynamics
- Explain how traditional SEO connects to answer engines and generative search experiences
- Translate technical search modeling concepts into practical business outcomes
- Answer questions and guide customers through the platform
- Identify customer needs and communicate feedback to the product team
- Build trusted relationships with agencies, marketers, and enterprise users
- Support customers in successfully adopting Market Brew in their workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional communicator who enjoys working with people
- Curiosity about technology, SEO, digital marketing, and the evolving search landscape
- Foundational understanding (or strong interest in learning) traditional SEO principles, including ranking signals and search intent
- Interest in how search is evolving toward AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AGO (AI/Generative Optimization)
- Ability to learn complex systems and explain them simply
- Comfortable leading conversations or presentations with customers
- Organized and self-directed
- Experience in SEO, marketing, SaaS, or customer-facing roles preferred
Engineering experience is not required.
Technical experience preferred.
