WSP is searching for a full‑time Assistant Project Coordinator to serve as the third‑party billing contractor for a local stormwater utility. The role involves maintaining stormwater customer account databases, invoicing, and accounting of stormwater fees.

• Maintain and update approximately 35 databases including tables, queries, and macros for reporting, QA/QC, billing, payments, and account reconciliation.
• Create and develop summary and trend reports to support billing accuracy, revenue tracking, and program performance.
• Research and contact customers; answer inquiries via calls or emails and record interactions in the database.
• Generate and manage billing and payment transactions, create invoices or send spreadsheets, and prepare letters to customers.
• Follow up with customers for payment reminders and obtain current contact information.
• Build and maintain client and customer relationships through clear communication and follow‑up, accurately convey billing details and policy information, and promptly address client concerns.

• 0–2 years of project coordination experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data management, formula usage, and report development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document preparation, formatting, and editing.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Microsoft Access for database management and familiarity with SQL Server data connections.
