Anblicks is seeking a Delivery Leader with deep Data, Analytics, and AI expertise to lead complex, multi‑client consulting engagements. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong delivery governance, and the ability to connect technology execution with business outcomes. You will drive parallel programs, lead global teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while shaping transformation roadmaps and accelerating value realization.

• Lead large‑scale Data & AI transformation programs
  , integrating data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, applications, and enterprise integrations.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery portfolios
  , ensuring predictable execution across cloud modernization, data engineering, analytics, AI, and application ecosystems.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership, shaping multi‑year roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align technology initiatives with enterprise strategy, business KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Govern and scale global, multi‑shore delivery teams
  , ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, risk mitigation, and high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre‑Sales on solutioning, proposals, estimations, and deal shaping to support revenue growth.
• Champion solution architecture reviews
  , ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑ready designs across data, AI, applications, and integrations.
• Drive delivery best practices, accelerators, and reusable frameworks to strengthen Anblicks’ consulting differentiation.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to account growth and expansion through strong delivery leadership.

• 15+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, with Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI as core areas of expertise.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑million‑dollar consulting programs across multiple clients and portfolios.
• Broad exposure to business processes, enterprise applications, integrations, and cloud platforms
  , enabling holistic program ownership.
• Strong background in solution architecture
  , integration patterns, and enterprise‑scale delivery models.
• Demonstrated success leading global, multi‑disciplinary teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.
• Strong consulting orientation with experience in proposal development, deal shaping, and CxO‑level stakeholder engagement

• Excellent executive communication, governance, and decision‑making skills.
