  • Promote Agile behaviors, values, and best practices to optimize squad performance.
  • Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
  • Identify opportunities for team improvement and introduce industry best practices for continuous enhancement.
  • Support backlog management and ensure work is accurately balanced across team members.
  • Ensure that all tasks are tracked in JIRA/Kanban boards and progress is accurately reflected.
  • Maintain and update squad process metrics and artifacts for clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive collaboration and transparency across teams by reinforcing Agile norms and accountability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve strategic portfolio planning.
  • Enhance clarity in Agile execution through JIRA Align and other Agile tools.
  • Champion process optimization and best practices within the organization’s Agile framework.
