Influencer Partnerships Manager – KOL

Megatel Homes is expanding Meg Prime, our innovative digital‑assets rewards program that turns everyday spending into real home ownership incentives. We’re seeking a KOL & Influencer Partnerships Manager to build and scale a creator ecosystem that drives awareness and adoption of our Meg Prime token and payment programs.

Role Overview

You’ll lead influencer strategy, partnerships, and performance optimization across Web3, fintech, real estate, and lifestyle creators. This role blends strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities Influencer Strategy & Program Development
  • Build and manage Meg Prime’s influencer roadmap across Web3, fintech, real estate, lifestyle, and creator economy verticals.
  • Identify tiered influencer segments (tier 1, tier 2, micro‑creators) aligned with brand positioning and program goals.
  • Develop campaign strategies tied to major milestones, including token launch, program rollouts, exchange listings, and builder partnerships.
Outreach, Negotiation & Partnership Management
  • Source, vet, and negotiate influencer partnerships and contracts.
  • Structure performance‑based agreements (CPA, revenue share, hybrid, or flat‑fee + bonus models).
  • Manage onboarding, briefing materials, and creator enablement.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, sign‑ups, enrollments, GPV impact).
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and ROI.
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and KPI alignment across creator output.
Compliance & Messaging Governance
  • Ensure all influencer content adheres to legal and compliance guidelines.
  • Prevent prohibited language related to investment or security claims.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal & Compliance to review scripts, posts, and disclosures.
  • Implement FTC‑compliant disclosure standards across all creator partnerships.
Creative Collaboration & Content Execution
  • Partner with the CMO, Creative Director, and in‑house production teams to develop high‑impact social campaigns.
  • Coordinate content across Tik Tok, Instagram, X, You Tube, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead creator challenges, branded trends, and co‑branded content series.
Ecosystem & Community Growth
  • Build long‑term ambassador and affiliate programs.
  • Develop referral systems and creator incentive structures.
  • Identify real estate agents, property managers, and fintech creators as strategic partners for program expansion.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, Web3 partnerships, or fintech growth.
  • Strong understanding of crypto, digital assets, and consumer psychology.
  • Experience with performance tracking tools, affiliate systems, and campaign analytics.
  • Skilled negotiator with experience structuring creator contracts.
  • Comfortable working in regulated environments.
  • Able to work cross‑functionally with legal, product, and marketing.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused.
Preferred
  • Existing relationships with Web3 creators or fintech influencers.
  • Experience launching tokens, fintech platforms, or digital‑asset products.
  • Familiarity with SEC and FTC guidelines related to digital marketing and disclosures.

  • Launch a tiered influencer strategy aligned with Meg Prime’s national rollout.
  • Secure 10+ high‑quality creator partnerships.
  • Generate measurable waitlist and program enrollment growth.
  • Launch the first branded creator challenge campaign.
  • Establish a performance dashboard for KOL reporting and optimization.
