BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

A Business Analyst will work closely with the business and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business and functional requirements. This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology.

Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities. The BA understands development processes and is very analytical with problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues.

• 2+ years of experience working as a Technical Infrastructure Analyst
• 2+ years experience in Access, Excel(Advanced), Visio, and MS Project
• 2+ years of customer interfacing experience – project oversight and customer presentation.
• Deliver architecture, engineering or build documentation that can be used to articulate IT solutions to Application Architects, Engineers, Operations and the application owners
• Employ various authoring and desktop publishing software tools to produce finished products that include printed or electronic publications and integrated online help systems
• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
• Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
• Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
• Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
• Skills include proven excellence with enterprise engineering technologies and deliverables.
• Position requires collaboration skills and the ability to interact and collaborate with other IT teams including application development, testing, operations, security and compliance and project management office, as well as business customers and external vendors
• Ability to communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation with Microsoft Office and particularly Visio.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
• Familiar with the following technologies:
  Hardware OS - IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, Windows;
  Storage SANs Oracle Databases;
  Network switches, etc.
