We are currently partnered with a leading healthcare provider in Dallas, TX, to help them find a Network Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Cisco Meraki environments. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days onsite per week and offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and support Cisco Meraki wireless and switching infrastructure across multiple clinical and administrative sites.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages, and support medical systems requiring high availability.
• Maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant network environments through firewall policy management and access control.
• Support and improve LAN/WAN connectivity for EMR systems, VoIP, telehealth platforms, and remote users.
• Assist with network upgrades, security audits, site deployments, and documentation.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams on policies and incident response.
• Work with third-party vendors and ISPs for circuit management and troubleshooting.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in network administration or engineering.
• Strong experience managing Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points (required).
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP).
• Familiarity with healthcare environments and compliance (HIPAA, HITECH) is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Solar Winds, SNOW, or other monitoring platforms.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Cisco certification (CCNA or CMNA) preferred.
