Three Tech is looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Project Coordinator to support client project execution, internal coordination, and the smooth progression of client work from initial discussions through implementation.
In this role, you’ll help keep schedules, next steps, internal tasks, and project communication organized so both new and active client engagements move forward efficiently.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Project Manager role over time while gaining exposure to client delivery, internal operations, and cross-functional coordination.
What You’ll Do- Track next steps, scheduling, and follow-ups to keep client conversations moving forward
- Help ensure timely responses and continuity as opportunities progress toward project kickoff
- Maintain engagement details, action items, and internal tasks in Hub Spot
- Assist in preparing for smooth handoff into delivery once work begins
- Support active projects for select clients by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, notes, follow-ups, and project updates
- Help ensure smooth execution across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Keep internal teams aligned as work progresses through implementation
- Assist with tracking project hours, scope, and budget alignment in coordination with leadership
- Assist leadership with planning, prioritization, and action item tracking
- Maintain project documentation, meeting recaps, and status reporting
- Help keep key initiatives organized across teams in a fast-moving environment
- Support operational follow-through as the company scales
This role is designed as a pathway into Project Management. Over time, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, including leading smaller projects, owning client work streams, and developing core project leadership skills.
What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years experience in project coordination, client services, operations, or similar
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in client-facing environments
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a startup setting
- Interest in growing into a Project Manager role
Experience with tools such as:
- Hub Spot (tracking engagement details and internal next steps), nice to have
- Jira (task tracking and project coordination), nice to have
- Zoom (client and internal meetings)
- Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook / Share Point
- Google Docs, Sheets, Drive
Familiarity with software delivery workflows is a plus.
