ITIL Change Management Coordinator

Overview

Insight Global shall provide the resource for services of onsite ITIL Change Management Coordination. This role ensures that all changes to Parkland’s IT systems—including servers, clinical applications, networks, and related infrastructure—are properly reviewed, approved, documented, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations such as HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.

The individual will apply ITIL Change Management principles to support the administration of change activities by:

• Coordinating with technical teams to ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
• Verifying required documentation and approvals in alignment with ITIL processes.
• Maintaining accurate records of change requests and approvals within the ITIL framework.
• Ensuring that impacted leadership and stakeholders are informed throughout the process.
• Driving continuous improvement of change management procedures based on ITIL guidelines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ITIL-based change management coordination.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure ITIL compliance.
• Monitor and report on change success rates and process efficiency using ITIL metrics.
