We are seeking an emerging IT professional to support clinical and business applications within an integrated healthcare delivery environment. This role analyzes workflows, supports clinical systems, and delivers technology solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do- Implement, maintain, and optimize clinical applications and related technologies
- Analyze workflows and data flow to improve clinical and business processes
- Support configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of clinical systems
- Act as liaison between IT, clinical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Advocate for user needs and support safe, effective patient care
- 3+ years healthcare experience (hospital/clinical setting preferred)
- 3+ years supporting clinical systems (configuration, implementation, training, or superuser support)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare IT, Informatics, IT, or related field)
- Epic Research certification
- Basic SQL/reporting experience
- Familiarity with research administration systems
Epic certification required within 6 months of hire.
