The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team  this role, you'll lead the development and execution of automated test strategies for web and mobile applications, while also contributing to our emerging GenAI initiatives. You'll bring a deep understanding of automation testing tools, frameworks, and continuous integration practices, as well as a strong curiosity and hands‑on experience with AI‑enhanced quality engineering.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for web-based platforms.
• Create, execute, and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities across the SDLC including Agile/Scrum practices.
• Lead and guide testing efforts from manual to automation for projects transitioning to Dev Ops pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Leverage GenAI platforms and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or custom fine‑tuned models) to automate test planning, generate test cases, analyze defects, and improve coverage through adaptive learning.
• Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) to integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA and TFS.
• Mentor junior test engineers and participate in reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in test automation across web-based applications.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and other modern Dev Ops tools.
• Solid understanding of API testing and RESTful services.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI tools to support test automation such as using LLMs for dynamic test generation, code reviews, and intelligent defect analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test integration strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in test automation across web-based applications.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and other modern Dev Ops tools.

• Hands‑on experience with GenAI tools to support test automation such as using LLMs for dynamic test generation, code reviews, and intelligent defect analysis.

• Experience with database validation and query writing.
