Software Engineer in Test

You will work as part of a consulting engagement, embedded within a client’s Scrum team and acting as the quality champion throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will own test strategy, automation, and quality visibility from planning through release, while representing strong quality engineering practices in a client‑facing environment.

• Test Automation Frameworks:
  Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and select appropriate testing tools.
• Test Execution & Defect Management:
  Execute and maintain automated and manual test suites, create test cases, and report defects.
• Quality Assurance Leadership:
  Lead testing initiatives, define test strategies, and promote best practices within the team.
• Collaboration & Development:
  Work closely with developers and product owners, participate in code reviews, and support feature development.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Implement CI testing, participate in agile ceremonies, and drive process improvements.

• Previous experience with test automation frameworks and software development tools.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Vitest).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, Java and NodeJS.
• Experience testing APIs, familiarity with Git, CI/CD, SQL, and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Understanding of non-functional testing concepts, including performance, security, and reliability.
