AI​/Ml Engineer​/Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build, deploy, and optimize large-scale machine learning and deep learning systems for real-world business problems. The candidate must have strong expertise in algorithms, data engineering, model deployment, and MLOps with proven experience in production-grade AI systems.

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement advanced algorithms such as Gradient Boosting, Deep Neural Networks, Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and Graph ML models

• Develop and deploy AI models as high-performance APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or gRPC.
• Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and scalability in cloud environments.
• Design and maintain MLOps frameworks using MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Apply NLP, Computer Vision, and Time-Series Forecasting techniques to business use cases.
• Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model interpretability using SHAP/LIME.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build scalable training datasets and feature stores.
• Monitor model drift, retrain models automatically, and manage versioning and rollback strategies.
• Implement Responsible AI practices including bias detection, explainability, and fairness.
