How You’ll Make an Impact

• Become a subject-matter expert in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, Looker, and Micro Strategy.
• Understand how different technology stacks integrate with and influence BI platforms.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines, data models, and data prep workflows using Python or SQL.
• Prepare data for analytics and machine learning use cases.
• Develop, test, and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that answer business questions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders across projects.
• Continuously upskill by earning certifications and shared learning.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals and technical content.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on digital transformation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, BI tools, cloud computing, and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Solid foundation in database concepts and relational database design.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Passion for learning and self-driven development.
• Adaptability and energy to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $57,100 - $103,700.
