A deep understanding of MySQL, Postgres or Oracle
- 5+ years of Software development and data engineering experience
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with source control and continuous integration practices
- Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills
- Must be results-oriented, self-motivated, and can take ownership of responsibilities
- Good communication skills, oral and written, with technical and non-technical audiences
