Document systems and processes in use within the Internet System Services group to provide service for Internet customers.

• Meet with Manager Internet System Services to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.
• Meet with Manager and Subject Matter Experts within the team to gather technical information about identified systems and processes.
• Prepare technical documentation reflecting collected information in a format usable for future employees and other groups within the organization.
• Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions.

• Basic understanding of ISP infrastructure (DNS, RADIUS, DHCP, CPE management) required.
• Basic understanding of LDAP and SQL systems required (OpenLDAP and MySQL preferred).
• Previous experience working in an ISP environment preferred.
• Information Systems or Computer Science Bachelor Degree required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and user focuses.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Knowledge of media production, communication and disseminating techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
