Job Qualifications

Four years of IT experience working with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI, including prompt design, optimization, and natural language processing or equivalent, is required.

OR

Bachelor's degree and two years of IT experience working with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI, including prompt design, optimization, and natural language processing, or equivalent, is required.

Major Duties

Analyze, design, develop, and refine diverse prompts tailored to specific AI tasks and applications
Create reusable prompt templates and frameworks for consistent performance.
Analyze model responses to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Optimize and fine-tune prompts based on continuous testing and feedback from AI models. Conduct A/B style testing and benchmarking of prompts to measure effectiveness and model performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective prompt strategies and work closely with internal teams to integrate strategies into AI applications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
