We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tableau Reporting Analyst to join our Business Operations team, which is a part of the Digital Commerce organization. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of interactive Tableau reports and dashboards that provide a clear understanding of key performance indicators across various business functions, including sales, marketing (performance & brand), operations, technology, and finance.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• Connect to and extract data from diverse sources, with a focus on Azure SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the reporting process
• Transform and prepare data within Tableau using techniques such as data blending, joins, and calculated fields to create robust and insightful analyses
• Craft compelling and informative visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven stories and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, gather requirements, and ensure that dashboards and reports meet their expectations
• Conduct thorough data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses
• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis requests, leveraging your Tableau expertise to deliver timely insights and answer critical business questions
• Stay abreast of the latest Tableau features and best practices in data visualization to continuously enhance reporting capabilities and effectiveness

• 3+ years of experience working with Tableau Desktop, including developing visualizations, dashboards, calculated fields, and parameters
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices to effectively communicate data insights
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data within relational databases to support efficient data extraction and transformation
• Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable business intelligence
• Strong data preparation and hygiene skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and data storytelling to stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align reporting with business objectives
• Experience with Tableau Cloud and Tableau
