Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Overview

Role: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

• Project Administration & PMO Execution: Deliver IT project work under IS-PMO governance, standards, and reporting requirements. Partner with Real Estate and Construction PMs to align IT scope, schedules, and dependencies. Attend weekly IT/Network & Construction calls and address field conditions impacting IT delivery.
• IT Delivery: Execute IT delivery for Decom, Fit-Out, Restack, and Relocation initiatives. Coordinate circuit inventories, dependency mapping, cutovers, and service migrations.
• Network Services Coordination: Serve as primary IT PM interface to Network Services teams. Coordinate circuit ordering, hardware procurement, testing, and cutovers.
• Conference Room & End-User Technology: Manage AV requirements, RFPs, vendors, installs, commissioning, and testing. Coordinate desktop technology, MPS devices, and workplace readiness.

• Experience working with internal IT & network teams, and 3rd party contractors for planning, procurement, and managing installation of MDF, IDF/LAN rooms, Telecom closets, structured cabling/LVC, MTR (Microsoft teams rooms), and AV technologies.
• Managing IT infrastructure projects in large scale enterprise, or real estate or construction environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
